Community Moon Gathering

Lead by Haleigh Smith and Natalie Colvin, the New Moon Community Gatherings are a chance for individuals to connect with the energy and wisdom of the moon as well as with other people looking to do the same thing. They are a welcoming space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.

Our monthly new moon gatherings will focus on renewal and regeneration. On turning inward, setting intentions, and putting our dreams in motion.

This specific new moon in January is a powerful time for manifesting, planting seeds for new projects, starting new habits, and establishing routines that support your deepest desires for the year ahead.

This event will include:
Grounding meditation
A short overview of the lunar phase and how to work with it in a practical way
Time for reflection and sharing
Energy healing and integrative movement

The Life of a Yogi: Taylor Swift Yogalates

Join Haleigh for a Taylor Swift inspired Yogalates class that blends movement, breath, and a touch of showgirl flair. Yogalates is a fusion of yoga and Pilates, combining the mindful movement of yoga with the core-focused strength and stability of Pilates. Class will be heated to 95°. All levels welcome. Bring or rent a mat, all other props will be provided.
