Yogalates: hot to go!

Join Haleigh for this Chappell Roan inspired class. Yogalates is a blend of yoga + mat Pilates, with a focus on core, glutes + connection to breath. All levels welcome.  Bring a mat + water.  Class will be outside.

Repose: Vinyasa + Polaroids — Special Collab with Emma Nicole Film

A morning of movement, stillness, and captured moments

Ease into your weekend with a slow, intentional vinyasa practice designed to help you soften, settle, and reconnect.

This class will move at a thoughtful pace, blending breathwork with fluid movement and moments of pause. Expect longer holds, gentle transitions, and space to arrive fully—both in your body and your breath.

Woven into the morning is an opportunity to be captured on film—Polaroid portraits that reflect you in your practice. Not polished or performative, just present.

This experience isn’t about how it looks. It’s about how it feels.

Expect:

  • A slow, grounding vinyasa flow

  • Breathwork to open and center

  • A calm, intimate atmosphere

  • Polaroid portraits to take home

Come as you are. Move, breathe, and find repose.

There are two ways to book!

  1. Email me and secure your spot via Venmo. This option is $20 and you can cancel for full refund up to 24 hours before event.

  2. Book through Eventbrite. This option is $23.18. Refunds are only available up to 7 days before the event.

Please note: This sessions is limited to 30 participants. A signed waiver and release is required to participate, so advance booking is strongly encouraged. Once you book, you’ll receive the waiver via email, or you can complete one on-site—please plan to arrive early if you need to sign in person.
