Ease into your weekend with a slow, intentional vinyasa practice designed to help you soften, settle, and reconnect.
This class will move at a thoughtful pace, blending breathwork with fluid movement and moments of pause. Expect longer holds, gentle transitions, and space to arrive fully—both in your body and your breath.
Woven into the morning is an opportunity to be captured on film—Polaroid portraits that reflect you in your practice. Not polished or performative, just present.
