Join Haleigh and Jocelyn at Salvatierra in Playa Coyote, Costa Rica for a week of intentional movement, ocean air, nourishing food, and spaciousness to reset your nervous system and reconnect with yourself. This retreat is for anyone craving repose—deep rest, clarity, and ease, both on and off the mat.

Haleigh’s approach to embodied movement is grounded and expansive. She fluidly embraces and alchemizes knowledge of yogic philosophy, breath work, and principals of strength training into a perspective that is both dynamic and intuitive. Her perspective meets each practice in a way that welcomes all students- whether it is their first or thousandth class. From her curated music and flow, to the guidance and insight she offers, it is clear that her relationship with movement does not begin and end on the mat. I deeply respect the grace and honesty with which Haleigh approaches life, and movement. Her classes reflect this, and are an exploration of embodiment and integration.  In an era of algorithms and ai, Haleigh’s presence is a breath of fresh air.
